ohmygod I've done fan-art! and it's not from an anime!
anyway, been watching a Doctor Who marathon and when watching this Doctor Who Confidential about the Doctor I couldn't resist but do this :D. also i needed to scan in something for my new scanner/printer- yes, i finally installed it in :w00t:
